“As technology sweeps the continents a growing percentage of humanity becomes estranged from its origins and spiritual roots. An abyss has developed between the past and future, the physical and the spiritual, the conscious and the unconscious. Tactile surfaces and archetype forms become channels between genetic memories of where we have been and a cognizance of where we are now. It is the hope of the artist to find this elusive chord and fuse the two. It is the challenge of the artist to enhance awareness of the dissociated spirit.” Diane Ganski
